About Me

Professional Bio — Laura Mármol Cordero

Laura Mármol Cordero is a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA100834), Registered Yoga Instructor, and Recreational Therapy student based in Key Biscayne, Florida. With more than 15 years of experience in bodywork, movement, and holistic wellness, Laura integrates therapeutic massage, intentional breathing, and mindful alignment to help clients reconnect with their bodies and support their natural healing process.

Her approach blends clinical knowledge with creativity. As a Recreational Therapy intern at the Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center at UHealth/Jackson Memorial Hospital, Laura designed adaptive ceramics programs for patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, and amputations

. She continues to lead inclusive art and movement programs at the Key Biscayne Community Center, where she teaches Chair Yoga, resistance-band conditioning, and sensory-based ceramics.

Laura’s massage work is rooted in compassion, presence, and the belief that regular bodywork helps us “fight gravity” — physically and emotionally — by bringing awareness back into the breath, posture, and the inner self. She draws from craniosacral therapy, fascial release, orthopedic massage training, and yoga philosophy to create customized sessions for each client.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Laura offers a grounded, nurturing space where clients can realign, restore, and reconnect from the inside out.
